My Product Creation Secrets πŸ‘€

Published 12 months agoΒ β€’Β 2 min read

Happy Sunday Reader!

I rarely write on a Sunday because I'm usually hanging out with my boys, but today is a chill day and I'm too excited about some things to wait another day.

I'm sure you know that product design/creation is something I'm really excited about. I think it gets you excited too because you're here.

So that's why I wanted to let you in on a little behind the scenes of how I keep track of things and the tools I use to get it all done.

First I wanted to show you a screenshot of my Product Listing Database.

This is the base that I use to manage my products.

As I create them I fill it in and I slowly begin to create a database of my products either per collection or as a whole. This one pictured above is the one I used to create my Summer Smiles Art Collection.

Individually, it has around 45 products as I'm trying to create a whole line for testing on Etsy. But I took all of the products and created 3 bundles that I thought would be great for product design. It was extremely helpful to have all the products in the database as I created the collections. With so many, it was starting to get confusing, but I was able to keep track of all of it.

Because this works so well for me and because we had our first Listing Party in the Creative Lab, I decided to make this Product Listing Database available to my Lab members and they loved it!

So I decided to make this available to everyone, even if you're not inside the Creative Lab, and it's only $9.

For only $9 you can get organized and have all your product info in one central place. I also included a walk-thru video for you so you know exactly how to get your product info in there and how to use the amazing views in Airtable so you can see your information in different ways and even delegate the work when you have some help.

If you've never used Airtable, you can use my affiliate link to create your free account, you're going to love it!

And, speaking of tools, you can also grab the Product Design Planner to plan out, design, and then of course, list your products. PRO TIP: If you're grabbing the Database, you'll be offered the Planner for $5 OFF!

These are the two tools I use myself to keep track of all the art I'm creating for you.

Which brings me to this fun, summer art collection, the Summer Smiles. The full collection is $84 worth of art, patterns, brushes, stickers, washi tape, and more! I discounted it to $49 AND I'm also giving you a 20% off coupon code, so that brings it to $39!

I'm not sure how long I'm going to keep the code up, so if you want it, grab it now! If you're in the Creative Lab, you will be getting full access, so do not purchase!

I buy art, templates, photos, and more all the time. Purchasing good art and templates is a big part of good product creation. So if you're looking to create some sweet, summery products, have a look at the Summer Smiles collection and then have a look at these photos for ideas of what you can create...
